Your documents never leave your browser

Everything you type into the invoice, contract, and proposal tools — your business and client details, line items, and notes — is processed entirely on your own device. It is never uploaded to or stored on our servers. If you use “Remember my business details” or have a draft in progress, that is saved only in your browser’s local storage, on your device, and you can clear it any time.

What we do collect: anonymous usage

So we can see what’s useful and improve Plainvo, we use Google Analytics to count aggregate, anonymous activity — page views and which features get used (for example, that a PDF was exported). This never includes the contents of your documents. Google Analytics may set cookies and collect standard technical data such as approximate location, device, and browser. You can block it with any tracker/content blocker or Google’s opt-out add-on — every tool works fully without it.

Payments

If you unlock Plainvo Pro, payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. The email you enter at checkout is used only to send you your Pro recovery code, so you can restore Pro on another device.

No accounts. No data sales.

You don’t need an account — or even an email — to use the tools, and we don’t sell your data to anyone.
